Dwight's love for his chosen profession has fuelled his continued quest to provide competitive designs for any engineering situation. His keenness to approach challenges, to learn and to adapt, have nurtured his engineering skills.

Dwight accepts that the evolution of the discipline must be nurtured and properly channeled through research and the harmonizing of many other facets. He strongly believes that once this is done engineering solutions can be achieved to overcome any challenge. As a co-founder of Prudecon Limited, Dwight's goal is to make every effort to ensure that a new standard is set in the industry and that designs are of optimum quality.

Background

Dwight initial professional exposure to the field of engineering began with his interaction with several engineering professionals through his employment within the Public Sector. This interaction sparked his interest in the profession and motivated him to pursue and attain his first professional qualification in the field of Civil Engineering. Dwight then began to develop his practical experience and technical skills through the successful completion of several projects within the Private and Public Sector.

Dwight has since specialized in the field of Earthquake Engineering, Seismic Retrofitting and Reliability Analysis at one of the world's premier educational institutions Imperial College London.
